The Embassy of Bangladesh in Bangkok is located on Ekkamai soi 30 and responsible for maintaining and strengthening bilateral relations with the Kingdom of Thailand and with the Kingdom of Cambodia. Being also accredited to the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP), this Embassy has the dual role of performing as bilateral and multilateral Mission.<\/p>\n
The Embassy analyzes and reports on various developments in Thailand and Cambodia which are of interest to Bangladesh. With the focus on advancing foreign policy initiatives of the Government of Bangladesh, the Embassy actively engages with the host governments, their various institutions, the business community and the people at large to strengthen and deepen bilateral relations.<\/p>\n
Promoting economic and commercial interest of Bangladesh, conducting public diplomacy through cultural programmes and activities are major areas of the Embassy\u2019s activities.<\/p>\n
